Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup coarsely crushed pretzels
  • 3/4 c. melted margarine
  • 3 T. sugar
  • 8oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cup whipped topping
  • 1 6 oz strawberry jello
  • 2 cup boiling water
  • 2-10 oz pkgs. frozen strawberries

Directions

Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter and 3 tablespoons sugar. Press mixture into 10x15"" ungreased pan or baking dish. Bake 10 minutes at 375o. Cool. Soften cream cheese and mix sugar in thoroughly. Fold whipped topping into cream cheese mixzture; spread over pretzels. Chill. Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Add frozen strawberries and stir until melted. Chill. When gelatin is almost set,pour over cream cheese layer. Chill.
