Ingredients

  • 1-6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces(1 cup)
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped nuts
  • 1/3 cup finely cut maraschino cherries, well drained
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk
  • 2/3 cup finely chopped nuts,crushed peppermint stick candy or flaked coconut

Directions

Melt chocolate in saucepan on controlled surface burner set at 150 degrees F., or over a low gas flame. Stir in 1/3 cup nuts, drained cherries, vanilla and dry milk. Roll teaspoonfuls of mixture in 2/3 cup nuts. Chill.


Makes 18-20 clusters.
