Ingredients
- Middle European Classic
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1 1/2 lb. pork, cubed
- 1 sliced apple
- 3 lb. sauerkraut, drained
- 2 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 can beer
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 large onion, diced
Directions
Quick-fry the bacon and pour off half the grease. Add the pork to the bacon, then fry 10 minutes. Place the meat in a roaster and add the rest of the ingredients. Place in a 325 degree F. oven; bake 1 hour.
