Ingredients

  • 2 cup orange juice or apricot nectar
  • 1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • Chicken (about 10 pieces, breasts, thighs, legs, wings)

Directions

Blend 2 Tbsp cornstarch with 1/4 c of juice until smooth, add to remainder of juice. Add 1 pkg onion soup, cook and stir over med heat until thick, barely to a boil (about 10 min). Pour sauce over chicken in baking dish. Bake at 350 for 45 min covered and 45 min uncovered. If you are using boneless meat that is thin you will probably want to reduce the cooking time about a half hour.
