Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 c. rice (2 c. cooked)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 jar jalapeno cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 bellpepper, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Crisco
  • 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

Cook broccoli and set aside. Cook rice and set aside. Lighlty brown ground chuck, onion and bellpepper in the Crisco. Stir cooked rice, broccoli, jalapeno cheese, and cream of mushroom soup into the meat mixture. Pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake at 350 d. for 20 minutes.
