Ingredients
- 3 oz. pkg cream cheese, room temp.
- 2 to 3 tbsp heavy cream or sour cream
- 2 tbsp confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions
Blend cheese with cream or sour cream. When smooth, fold in confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Makes 1/2 cup. (This closely approaches the rich, golden Devonshire Cream, and is delicious in it's own right.
