• Jasmine Orange Rice
  • 1 cup Jasmine rice
  • 2 cups orange juice (any type)
  • 2 cups water
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbs. butter(or more if you like)
  • 2 tbs. olive oil
  • 4 0zs. finaly chopped scallions
  • Pinch of chopped garlic (to taste)
  • 1 tbs.of finaly chopped fresh ginger


Bring orange juice,butter,olive oil,salt to a good simmer add half water when this starts to boil add rice. Covere lower heat, when liquid almost gone add rest of water, scallions,ginger, garlic, stir, cover and lower heat finish to desired donness (if you want it cooked more add more water or juice(your choice)Taste and add more salt if needed
