Ingredients
- 1 pack of Lemon Jello powder
- 1 1/4 cup boiling water
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 Tsp lemon zest
Directions
Dissolve the Jello powder in boiling water. Add the condensed milk and the lemon zest. Beat until very creamy. Pour into Champagne flutes or any wine glasses. Refrigerate for about 6 hours. Very tasty for such an easy dessert and quite classy.
You can add a dob of whipped cream on top before serving.
