Ingredients

  • garlic
  • lime juice
  • red pepper flakes
  • black pepper
  • ground cumin
  • salt

Directions

I usually don't follow any measurement for this. I combine lots of garlic, at least 3 tbsp minced garlic, juice of two or three limes, salt and pepper to taste and about a tbsp of cumin. I use chicken breasts (2) cut in strips and marinate them overnight. When ready to eat, I saute them in olive oil in a very hot cast iron skillet. Add lots of onions and peppers. I also serve fresh tomatoes, cubed, mixed with chopped onions and chopped cilantro and seasoned with a little salt, pepper, red pepper and lime juice.

Note: beef works well this way also.
