Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. chicken or cheese tortellini
  • 2 pkgs. Good Seasons Zesty Italian Dressing, mixed
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 c. broccoli flowerettes
  • 1 bell pepper, cliced
  • 5 green onions chopped
  • 20 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 8 oz. black olives, cliced
  • 2 jars artichoke hearts
  • parmesan cheese

Directions

Boil tortellini 8-10 minutes. Drain and put in bowl to cool. Add garlic and pour 1 package dressing over tortellini. When cool, mix in remaining ingredients. Add more Zesty Italian and Parmesan cheese to taste (4 Tbsp. approximately). NOTE: A very large salad and very delicious. Best made a day ahead.


Serves 10 Can be made the day ahead.
