Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. chicken or cheese tortellini
- 2 pkgs. Good Seasons Zesty Italian Dressing, mixed
- 2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 c. broccoli flowerettes
- 1 bell pepper, cliced
- 5 green onions chopped
- 20 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 8 oz. black olives, cliced
- 2 jars artichoke hearts
- parmesan cheese
Directions
Boil tortellini 8-10 minutes. Drain and put in bowl to cool. Add garlic and pour 1 package dressing over tortellini. When cool, mix in remaining ingredients. Add more Zesty Italian and Parmesan cheese to taste (4 Tbsp. approximately). NOTE: A very large salad and very delicious. Best made a day ahead.
Serves 10 Can be made the day ahead.
