Ingredients

  • 1/2 head Broccoli
  • 1/2 purple onion (optional)
  • 1/2 can Black Olives (optional)
  • 3-4 stalks Celery
  • 3 Carrots (diced)
  • 4 boiled Eggs (quartered & sliced)
  • 3-4 cups cooked corkscrew pasta
  • "Viva-Italian" Salad Dressing (fat free?)

Directions

Dice each ingredient into small bite size pieces, marinate in Dressing 3+ hours in refrigerator and serve.
