Ingredients

  • 1 lb. crab meat or 2 cans, shredded or 1 lb. cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. onion, minced
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c. sw. pickle relish
  • 1/2 tsp salt & pepper
  • 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped

Directions

Shread crab or chop shrimp. Combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise; add celery, onion and relish, mixing well. Fold in crab (or shrimp) and eggs gently. Add salt & pepper to taste.
