• 12 or more corn tortillas
  • 1 can green chilis (chopped)
  • 2 lbs hamburger
  • 1 lb monterey jack cheese
  • 4 green onions
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 1 carton sour cream


Fry tortillas to heat thru (fast)one at a time. Drain on paper towels. Brown hamburger and onions, season to taste. Melt butter in pan, add flour to thicken, add chicken broth. Add chilis and sour cream. Roll hamburger & some cheese in tortillas. Put in pan and pour sour cream mixture over. Bake at 350 degrees till soft and bubbly. Put remaining cheese on top. Put back in oven till cheese melts.
