Ingredients

  • 1 Can of Chick Peas
  • a drizzle of olive oil
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Tbl Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbl Chopped Parsely
  • Dash Paprika
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Place chickpeas and olive oil in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for approx. 1 or 2 minutes to soften.

Add mayonnaise and rest of ingredients and mash with a heavy fork to achieve dip consistency.

Serve with unsalted crackers or melba rounds.
