Ingredients

  • Leftover roast beef
  • Onions, chopped (1 med. per 3 c. beef)
  • Potatoes (1 per c. of beef)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Leftover gravy or milk

Directions

Dice beef, onions & potatoes. Blend till moist, but not soupy with leftover gravy or milk. Season to taste. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes, stirring once or twice, until potatoes are soft. It can be served immediately, or cooled and later fried in a little butter. I like to serve this with any style eggs, sliced tomatoes & biscuits.
