• 8 oz. soft cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp. oregano leaves, crused
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped pepperoni, salami, or Canadian bacon
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper


Blend cream cheese, sour cream, oregano, garlic powder and red pepper. Spread evenly in a 9 or 10" quiche dish or pie plate. Spread pizza sauce over top. Sprinkle with pepperoni, green onion and green pepper. Bake 10 minutes at 350*. Top with cheese. Bake five minutes more, until cheese is melted and heated through. Serve with carrots, zucchini, cucumbers, snap peas, red peppers, mini breadsticks (homemade soft), and assorted crackers. Enjoy!
