Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 can (1 lb. size) kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (1 lb. size) cream-style corn with its liquid
- 1 small (approx. 8 oz.) box corn muffin mix
- 8 oz. plain yogurt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
Set oven to 350 degrees. Combine above and pour into greased two-quart casserole. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour, until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into squares and serve hot or at room temperature, either as a side-dish in place of starch, or as a main dish with any pasta sauce.
