Ingredients

  • Per Serving:
  • 4 oz. pasta, prepared
  • 3 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • olive oil
  • 1 raw egg
  • 1/4 c. cream
  • (1/4 c. white wine)
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

Fry the bacon while the pasta is cooking. Saute the green onions in a little olive oil. In a large bowl, wisk the egg with the cream (and wine), and add some salt and pepper.

Toss the lightly drained pasta in the egg, then add the green onions and bacon. Keep tossing until its well mixed.
