Ingredients

  • 2 large cans swanson white meat chicken
  • 1 med can crushed pineapple in syrup
  • 1 can 8oz cream cheese
  • 2 stalks celery
  • coconut or chopped pecans
  • 1 loaf round hawaiian bread

Directions

drain meat well and blot on paper towels to dry meat,drain pineapple well,let cream cheese soften to room temp,chop celery med to fine,mix meat,pineapple,celery,cream cheese in large bowl,mix well with fork. Cover and chill several hours or overnite is better. To serve cut the center out of the bread and stuff with salad. Garnish with coconut or pecans.(I prefer pecans)serve on party crackers.
