Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Half cup sultanas or other fruit
  • 1 pint milk
  • cinnamon or nutmeg

Directions

Place rice in a oven proof dish. Sprinkle sultanas on top

Beat eggs then add milk and vanilla.

Pour mixture over rice.

Allow to settle then sprinle with cinnamon or nutmeg.

Dot with butter and place in preheated oven to 180 degrees celsius.

Cook for about 40 minutes or when custard has set.
