- 3EGGS SEPERATED
- 1 1/2 TSP VANILLA
- 2 1/2 CUP'S MILK
- 1CAN FLAKED COCONUT

SIFT 1CUP SUGAR AND FLOUR TOGETHER ADD MILK GRADUALLY .BEAT EGGYOLK ADD TO MILK MIXTURE
COOK UNTIL MIXTURE BEGINS TO THICKEN ADD MARGARINE 1TSP VANILLA AND COCONUT RESERVING ENOUGH COCONUT TO SPRINKLE ON TOP
CONTINUE COOKING UNTIL MIXTURE IS THICK POUR INTO BAKED PIE CRUST
BEAT EGG WHITES UNTIL THICK ADD REMAINING SUGAR AND VANILLA BEAT UNTIL STIFF SPREAD OVER PIE SPRINKLE WITH RESERVED COCONUT BAKE AT 350 DEGREES UNTIL TOP IS BROWN
