Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1/4 c. white vinegar
  • 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tbsp dried whole oregano
  • 2 small cloves garlic, minced

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a jar; cover tightly and shake vigorously. Chill dressing at least 2 hours. Shake again just before serving.


Yield 2 cups.
