Ingredients
- 2 lbs Frozen Hash Browns
 - 1 500ml. carton Sour Cream
 - 2 thins of Mushroom Soup
 - 1/2 cup melted butter
 - Grated Onion, Salt Pepper
 - 2 cups grated Cheddar Cheese
 - Parmesan Cheese
 
Directions
Thaw potatoes slightly for easier mixing.
 
 Mix 6  first ingredients in a 9"x12" baking dish. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
 
 Bake at 350 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
