Ingredients

  • 1 c. catsup
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 (or more) Jalapeno chiles(or canned Chipotle peppers)
  • 14 c. llime juice
  • 2 tbsp ground red chiles
  • 1 tbsp corn oil
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 12 oz. beer

Directions

Heat all ingredients to boiling is 2 quart saucepan. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
