Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1/3 c. Crisco oil
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 3 eggs
  • 1-1/3 c. water
  • 1 pkg. pistachio pudding mix
  • Frosting:
  • 1 9-oz. pkg. Cool Whip
  • 1 pkg. pistachio pudding mix

Directions

Cake:
Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes in a 9x12-in. pan.

Frosting:
Mix together well and frost cake when cool.
