Ingredients

  • As many chicken wings as you wish to serve
  • Canola oil
  • salt
  • Tabasco
  • garlic powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Place wings in a large bowl, add enough oil to coat wings. Sprinkle on garlic powder and use your hands to mix them all around. Line a large cookie sheet or jelly roll pan with foil, lightly spray the foil with Pam or rub with oil. Place wings on the sheet and bake for 1 hour. Turn them over and bake for additional 20 minutes. They should be crispy and golden brown. Remove from oven and immediately place 2 to 3 drops of Tabasco on each wing and sprinkle with salt. Place on a large platter after they are cool and watch them disappear, bet you can't eat just one.
