Ingredients

  • 1/2 large bottle of Durkee's hot sauce,
  • 1 stick of butter,
  • a squirt of lemon juice, and if you want to tone it down just a little, add a touch of Bar-B-Que sauce

Directions

Melt the 1/4# of butter; pour in Durkee's hot sauce, lemon juice and optionally, a squirt of Bar-B-Que sauce. Simmer and dip deep-fried wings into the sauce. Shake off excess sauce and enjoy. More butter will make less hot wings, more hot sauce makes hotter wings.
