Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon black bean sauce
- 5 tablespoons sake
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon chili-garlic sauce
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together well in a bowl.
Chili-Garlic is a fiery sauce made from a blend of fresh, roasted, or dried chilies and garlic, sugar, salt, vinegar, and other seasonings. It is called tobanjan in Japanese.
