• 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • bacon slices


Take 1 pineapple chunk, top with a slice of water chestnut and wrap with 1/3rd piece of bacon. Place on a wire rack with a drip pan or cookie sheet underneath and broil 3 to 4 minutes each side, until the bacon is crispy and brown, remove from oven, stick a toothpick in each and serve.
