Ingredients

  • 1 cup stuffing mix, any flavor
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
  • 2 eggs, large or extra large
  • 2 tablespoons apple butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 pounds ground turkey

Directions

Heat the oven to 375F. Mix the stuffing and milk in a medium mixing bowl; set aside until the stuffing is soft, about 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Form into a long loaf on a rimmed sheet pan. Bake until the loaf is firm in the center, about 1 hour. Allow to rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
