Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chinese sausage
  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 tbsp. chicken powder
  • 1/4 cup quail eggs
  • 1/4 cup salted duck eggs
  • 1/4 cup dried mushrooms
  • 1 liter chicken stock
  • 1 liter pork stock
  • 1 tsp. msg
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

boil pork and chicken stock
add rice cook for 2 hours add all remaining ingerdients then serve
