Ingredients
- Sauté equal amounts of celery, carrots & onion (1 cup each).
- Add 2 cups potatoes
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 cups broccoli
Directions
Thicken in blender
Add bleu cheese just before serving
Can use roasted garlic instead
