Yum

Ingredients

  • Sauté equal amounts of celery, carrots & onion (1 cup each).
  • Add 2 cups potatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 cups broccoli

Directions

Thicken in blender
Add bleu cheese just before serving
Can use roasted garlic instead
