Ingredients
- 8 oz. Jones Braunschweiger or Usingers
- 8 oz. French Onion Dip
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 oz. Cream Cheese
- Few Drops Tabasco Sauce
- One more to try - this is my favorite.
- 8 oz. Liver sausage. Cut into chunks.
- 1 cup Sour cream.
- 6 Green onions chopped (use some of the greens too)
- 2 - 3 Tbls. prepared horseradish
- 3 - 5 drops hot pepper sauce.
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce.
- Cream liver sausage and sour cream. Add the rest of the ingredients. Can be make the night before.
- Now for the BEST recipe which I myself created.
- 10 oz. liver sausage. Best results use Usinger.
- 1 8 oz. package of cream cheese
- 4 Tbls. of sour cream
- 4 green onions. Chop the greens and use them too
- 1 Tbls. minced fresh parsley
- 1 Tbls. Worcestershire sauce.
Directions
Cream liver sausage and cream cheese at room temp. Add sour cream and Worcestershire sauce and mix for two more minutes. Fold in onions and parsley. Can be made the night before and stored in the refrig covered. Serve with crackers.
