Ingredients

  • 1 - 8 oz. can cannellini beans, drained
  • 1/4 c. chopped scallions
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 2 T freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 - 7-oz. can white tuna, packed in olive oil
  • 1 Tchopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 t. oregano.

Directions

Mix the beans, scallions, oil and lemon juice.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pile into a serving dish. Break tuna into small pieces and arrange on top of beans. Sprinkle with herbs and serve at room temperature.
