Ingredients
- 1 - 8 oz. can cannellini beans, drained
- 1/4 c. chopped scallions
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 T freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 - 7-oz. can white tuna, packed in olive oil
- 1 T chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 t. oregano.
Directions
Mix the beans, scallions, oil and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pile into a serving dish. Break tuna into small pieces and arrange on top of beans. Sprinkle with herbs and serve at room temperature.

WHITE BEANS WITH TUNA
