Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cCelery juice (from approximately 1/2 head of celery)
- 3/4 c cream
- 3/4 c yogurt
- 3/4 c sour cream
- lemon juice
- salt
- fresh ground white pepper
- cayenne
Directions
1. Whisk cream, yogurt and sour cream into celery juice.
2. Season with lemon juice, salt, pepper and cayenne.
3. Chill soup
