Kaffir lime leaves are a thai staple and can be found in markets carrying Southeast Asian produce.
Ingredients
- 720 milliliter bottle of sake
 - 8 fresh kaffir lime leaves, crushed
 
Directions
In a glass pitcher, combine all of the ingredients. Regrigerate and allow to infuse for 48 hours. Strain.
