juicy garlic bread is always good


  • 4 boneless chicken breast
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 pound penne pasta
  • 1 jar classico 4 cheese pasta sauce
  • 4 oz water
  • 1 sliced green pepper
  • 1 sliced red pepper
  • 1tbs spoon garlic
  • 1/2 cup of chopped greek olives
  • 1 chopped green onion
  • 1/2 cup of shredded parmesan
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1tbsp oregano


start boiling water for pasta and when cook until just underdone and drain and remove from heat, pound chicken 1/4 inch and cut to desired size. In large skillet heat oil and place garlic and chicken cooking just until done. usually 6-8 min. remove chicken until ready to use. Using the same skillet add in mushrooms,green and red peppers and onions and cook until onions are transparent. Place chicken, sauce and water in skillet cover and simmer for 5 min return the pasta to skillet add garlic salt and oregano and cover and continue to simmer for 30-45 min stirring occasionaly until chicken is tender. and ready to be served...
