Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter or 1/2 c. oil
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. sour milk
- 2 c. grated zucchini
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 4 tbsp. cocoa
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan (greased). (Cup cake tins.) Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes for cake - 25 minutes for cupcakes. Frost when cool or sprinkle top with 1/4 cup chocolate chips before baking
