Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. melted, cooled chocalate
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/8 tsp soda

Directions

Prepare oven to 350°
Prepare White cake II (another recipe)

Before whipping the egg whites seperate the batter into 2 parts. Add to 1/2 the batter, ingredients above.

Whip the egg whites as directed (other recipe) and fold 1/2 into the light and 1/2 into the dark batter. Grease a tube pan. Plave large spoonfuls of batter in it, altering light and dark dough. Bake for about 1 hour.

Spread when cooled with Boiled White Icing, or Banana Icing.
