Ingredients
- Marinade
- This recipe is for approx. 10 skirt steaks.
- 2 tbl vegetable oil
- 2 tbl sesame or olive oil
- 1/4 cup firm brown sugar
- 1/3cup soy sauce
- 1/3cup cup of sherry or red wine vinegar
- 3 scallions or one onion (or combination)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 tbl lemon juice
- 1/2tsp pepper
Directions
Marinade for minimum of 2 hrs or overnight. Place skirt steak on bbq at med or med. high heat until cooked to required doneness. Do not know the culture but I know it tastes good. Enjoy!!!!!
