Ingredients

  • Marinade
  • This recipe is for approx. 10 skirt steaks.
  • 2 tbl vegetable oil
  • 2 tbl sesame or olive oil
  • 1/4 cup firm brown sugar
  • 1/3cup soy sauce
  • 1/3cup cup of sherry or red wine vinegar
  • 3 scallions or one onion (or combination)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbl lemon juice
  • 1/2tsp pepper

Directions

Marinade for minimum of 2 hrs or overnight. Place skirt steak on bbq at med or med. high heat until cooked to required doneness. Do not know the culture but I know it tastes good. Enjoy!!!!!
