Ingredients

  • 6 Small Zucchinis
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 1/2 Cups Flour
  • Pinch of Garlic Powder
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Italian Bread Crumbs
  • Dash Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

Directions

Slice zucchini in half and then cut each half into 4 lengthwise strips.
Set the sticks into a bowl. Sprinkle the sticks with oregano, pepper, garlic powder and salt. Toss the zucchini sticks until they are coated. Into seperate largeish bowls put the flour, eggs, and crumbs. Beat eggs. Toss a few of the sticks at a time into the flour, then drop into the eggs. Let drain and toss into the bread crumbs last. Add about 6 inches of vegetable oil into a deep saucepan and then heat to about 350°. Frun tntil golden brown a few at a time for around 3 minutes. Let drain on a few layers of paper towels on a plate. Yum.
