Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • 1/4 c chopped onion
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes (chopped & drained)
  • 1/2 teasp. chili powder
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup or sauce
  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 2 T. chopped green chilies
  • 10 taco shells
  • sliced olives
  • shredded lettuce

Directions

1. In a sauce pan cook onions in butter until tender. Add tomatoes and chili powder; cook until mixture is nearly dry stirring often.
2. Stir in soup, chicken, and chilies. Heat through.
3. Spoon 1/4 cup chicken mixture into each taco shell. Top with shredded lettuce & sliced ripe olives.
