Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. butter
- 1/4 c chopped onion
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes (chopped & drained)
- 1/2 teasp. chili powder
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup or sauce
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 2 T. chopped green chilies
- 10 taco shells
- sliced olives
- shredded lettuce
Directions
1. In a sauce pan cook onions in butter until tender. Add tomatoes and chili powder; cook until mixture is nearly dry stirring often.
2. Stir in soup, chicken, and chilies. Heat through.
3. Spoon 1/4 cup chicken mixture into each taco shell. Top with shredded lettuce & sliced ripe olives.
