Ingredients
- They make this tableside at my favorite restaurant. The ingredients are by spoonfuls.
- 3 ripe avacados split
- 4 spoonfuls of chopped tomatoes (more or less)
- 2 spoonfuls of chopped onions (more or less)
- 2 spoonfuls of jalapeno (more or less)
- 2 spoonfuls of fresh chopped cilantro
- 1 fresh lime squeezed into mixture
Directions
Scoop out avacados after you have removed seeds. (The trick to remove the seed is to hold the avacado with seed in one hand and thump the knife blade into the seed and twist it out.)
Mash the avacados with a fork in one hand and a big spoon in the other. Once it is fairly creamy, add ingredients from above and mix all together. All of the measurements are guesses so you can feel free to adjust the amounts to your tastes.
