Ingredients
- 3 cups medium noodles
- 7 oz. tuna, drained (or more if you like)also canned or real chicken can be used as a substitute if you wish.
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped pimiento
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 10 1/2 oz. can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded ameican cheese
Directions
Cook noodles using package direcions; drain. Combine nodles, tuna, mayonnaise, celery, onion, green pepper, piemento and salt. Blend cream of celery soup and milk and heat through. Add cheese and stir until the cheese melts. Add to noodle mixture. Turn into a 2 qt. casserole. If desired, top with 1/2 cup toasted almonds. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
