I usually make the meatballs in dough. It is a lot of work, however, if you want to try them with the dough, I'll be happy to send along that part of the receipe.
- 1lb. Ground Lamb
- 1/2 cup Parsley,chopped fine- 1 Onion, diced small, salt and pepper, 2 cups Chicken broth.
- Sauce: 1/2 Cucumber, seeded and chopped fine- 1 pint plain yogart, 1 Teasp. Garlic Salt
Make 1" meatballs, placed in buttered casserole dish. Bake at 375F for 25 minutes. Heat broth, then pour over meatballs, bring to boil, about 10 minutes. Mix cucumber, yogart and garlic salt. Serve with Broth, a dollop of Cucumber & Yogart sauce garnished with Parsley sprigs.
