Ingredients

  • 2 cans of tuna packed in water
  • 1 cup of dried rice
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tin of mushroom soup
  • 1 soup tin of milk
  • 1 c of sharp cheddar cheese
  • salt to taste
  • tabasco to taste

Directions

Cook the rice in the water. Add the mushroom soup and milk, half the cheese, and tabasco and salt if needed. Place in a greased large overproof dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the mixture and cook at 350 deg. F. for half an hour.
