Ingredients

  • Corned Beef & spices included in package
  • 4-5 Carrots
  • 2-3 Potatoes, cut into large pieces
  • 1 Cabbage, cut into wedges

Just saw your posting...hope you found your cooking times for St Paddy's Day dinner!
I usually cook my corned beef in a crock pot for at least 5-6 hours. It never fails and is always tender. I add the potatoes & carrots during the last hour of cooking and the cabbage during the last 1/2 hour. If you'd like, after the corned beef is through cooking, transfer the cooking liquid into a large pot and boil the vegetables to speed up the process.
