Ingredients

  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces jar apricot preserves
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F.
Wash and pat dry chicken.
Place the chicken in a 9" x 13" baking dish.
Combine the preserves, vinegar and brown sugar.
Pour the preserve mixture over the chicken.
Cover and bake 50 minutes.
Remove cover and bake 10 more minutes.
